I’ve struggled for ages to get used to the 4 speed all down shift pattern on my CG110.
A couple of years ago I bought a 5 speed transmission from AliExpress. Today I tried it in some spare cases I have. It looks like it’s going to work.

Re-assembled with correct engine
I put this lovely old think back together over the last couple of days. Fortunately I had all the bits that were missing in my parts hoard including a freshly rebuilt engine. Runs great. Really needs a complete strip down and frame paint and new wheels, mudguards and muffler but I can’t be arsed to do another one so I’ve offered it for sale as is.

Almost finished
Just the electrics to sort and the idle. I think I’ll swap the carb out.
Nearly Finished
Getting quite close to completion ? sorted speedo, switchgear, brake light switches, clutch cable and indicators this weekend. She’ll be a minter when finished. I’m almost going deliberately slowly because I want everything to be as perfect as it can be ? This one will have a new silver tank with some very old style Honda decals.
